In a perfect world, everyone is fed, housed & healthy.

Everybody deserves Housing Security

Our Housing Support Team assist individuals and families who are facing an eviction or are at risk of becoming unhoused. Staff will complete an intake through a phone call or one-on-one meeting to identify individual needs, connect with internal agency supports, and provide referrals to applicable community services.

How we help:

·         Support solutions to tenancy issues

·         Landlord engagement

·         Assist with shelter access or safe alternatives to shelter
