HoMELESSNESS PREVENTION

In a perfect world, everyone is fed, housed & healthy.

Everybody deserves Housing Security

700+ people in Niagara live with no fixed address

housing instability keeps rising on a daily basis

The Homelessness Prevention Program assists individuals and families who are in need of finding affordable housing. Through this program, the homelessness prevention team will work closely with clients to aid their search and supply up-to-date housing listings in the Niagara region. We will also assist with Niagara Regional Housing applications and arrange and provide transportation to shelters. A resource room is available to help assist with searching for housing.

If you are a landlord interested in working with our housing team please contact 905-357-5121 ext. 225 or jasmine.k@projectshare.ca
