We provide emergency food once a month to families who are living below the poverty line in Niagara Falls as defined by Statistics Canada.
As part of our healthy nutrition program, we offer sampling of nutritious foods once per week and provide our clients with the ingredients and simple recipe to prepare the food at home. Items we have sampled include banana bread, hummus and green bean caserole. For more information on Savoury Sampling contact Sarah at 905-357-5121 ext 31.
